Delivery

Delivery is usually within 7-14 days of confirmation of your order.

Free Delivery is available on orders over £680 for Mainland UK & Isle of Wight and £1,360 for all other areas. There will be a delivery charge for certain postcodes and this is worked out at checkout based on the zone structure below.

When estimating delivery on checkout, the price shown will be inclusive of VAT. When delivery has been chosen and applied on checkout, the price will show as excluding VAT and the VAT will be added to the final VAT breakdown price.

Delivery price on application applies to any orders over 1 pallet (70 boxes). Lava-Lite will contact you to discuss if delivery applies.

Returns Policy

Failed or Refused Deliveries

Where a delivery has been attempted on more than one occasion and failed and then the goods returned to LAVA-LITE Limited, the cost of the attempted deliveries and return will be deducted from any refunds available.

Where a delivery has been refused and returned to LAVA-LITE Limited (except damaged or faulty goods) the cost of the attempted deliveries and return carriage charge will be deducted from any refunds available.

Returns

If you receive any goods which are faulty or any goods which you did not order in the first place, you may return them to us for a replacement or full refund. You should not return again goods without first contacting us and obtaining a goods return number. All returns will require authorisation from LAVA-LITE Ltd, on approval a unique return reference will be provided, returns without this reference will not be accepted.

If you are not satisfied with any purchase from LAVA-LITE Ltd due to faulty or incorrect delivered items you may return any  affected products back to us within 7 working days of receipt providing that the product is in a resalable condition, this means that the product is not damaged, has not been used in any way and that the product is complete with the original pristine condition packing (we recognise that sometimes this may not be possible and will remain at the company's discretion).

For all returns, except where the item is faulty* or the order was wrongly sent, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We can arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and will be deducted from any refund to you. You must ensure that you obtain a signature or proof of posting certificate for any goods collected or posted back to LAVA-LITE Limited.

*Please note that if we subsequently find that there is no fault with the product then the original carriage charge will be deducted from your any refund also.
